We check the actual ground level site location, run preliminary measurements, discuss architectural requirements, and gather specific layout briefs from the client.
Our engineering team prepares a detailed structural estimate, listing cement bags, rebar steel weight, brick counts, labor days, and presents a transparent commercial invoice outline.
With plans in place, we procure certified materials (such as ACC/Ambuja cement and high-tensile steel rods) and initiate ground-clearing, structural foundation layout, and masonry under direct supervisor inspections.
